	&lt;p&gt;Hugo wouldn&amp;#8217;t like it but this quote reminds me of the &lt;span class="caps"&gt;US &lt;/span&gt;President as portrayed by Billy Bob Thornton in &lt;em&gt;Love Actually&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;
