	&lt;ol&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Take the best raw spinach you can get. It must be prime quality and spotless.&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;Dump a can of whole tuna filet in olive oil over it.&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;Very slightly (I mean it) fry some pine nuts and sprinkle across the landscape.&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;Add olive oil, a hint of vinegar or lemon juice, salt, pepper.&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;Have at it!&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;/ol&gt;


	&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;The pine nuts are optional, the pepper and olive oil are not.&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;And man, that stuff is uber-yummy.&lt;/li&gt;
