Cousin Pisano's Spinach & Tuna Salad

- Take the best raw spinach you can get. It must be prime quality and spotless.
- Dump a can of whole tuna filet in olive oil over it.
- Very slightly (I mean it) fry some pine nuts and sprinkle across the landscape.
- Add olive oil, a hint of vinegar or lemon juice, salt, pepper.
- Have at it!
- The pine nuts are optional, the pepper and olive oil are not.
- And man, that stuff is uber-yummy.
