Cousin Pisano's Spinach & Tuna Salad

Docpi says: If you are such a tuna fan, I suggest you consider spinach & tuna salad once:

1. Take the best raw spinach you can get. It must be prime quality and spotless.
2. Dump a can of whole tuna filet in olive oil over it.
3. Very slightly (I mean it) fry some pine nuts and sprinkle across the landscape.
4. Add olive oil, a hint of vinegar or lemon juice, salt, pepper.
5. Have at it!

• The pine nuts are optional, the pepper and olive oil are not.
• And man, that stuff is uber-yummy.
