Adelaide lovers of fine desktops are invited to gather next week to celebrate the GNOME 2.12 release. The announcement is below. Hopefully I will see you there!

The fair ship GNOME 2.12 sets sail this Wednesday 7th September, and though we cannot drop a bottle of champagne against her, the folk of Adelaide are called to gather and celebrate this latest GNOME release.
Any GNOME users, contributors, or lovers of free desktops are welcome to meet at the Belgian Beer Cafe from 7pm, this Wednesday 7th September.
The group shouldn’t be too hard to spot, and hopefully some people will be wearing GNOME or free software related shirts.
